Jared Garcia (Ph.D., New Testament) is husband to Laurie and dad to Carson and Duncan. Jared is sent by Emmanuel Bible Church in Mauldin, SC to train pastors and help plant healthy churches in the Philippines with Pines City Baptist Church and Pines City Baptist School of Theology through Reaching & Teaching International Ministries.
